Although not entirely vegan, all items are clearly labeled and the store is cozy and clean to boot. Good selection of fresh produce and everyday groceries, we did all our shopping here. Service was friendly and they even stock an array of glutein-free choices. I was perplexed by the large selection of everything, from plant milk to mock fish options. Tip: park at the market place around the corner and walk through the town of Arguineguin. It's just a 5 min walk from the store and the store in turn is just a 5 minutes walk from the ocean and the very pretty harbour with restaurants and cafes.

there are quite many herbolarios in arguineguin, but spar natural is by far the largest and has quite a lot more of everything. the personal is helpful and they also order other products if there is something they cannot find. later they impressed me by using several different vegan ice creams, in addition to the cheese, mock meat, yogurt etc. they have. this is the place to go for vegan food and all health food related. they also sell fresh products (ecological).

Es realmente agradable tener una tienda de productos naturales en Arguineguín. Comparado con la tienda en Las Palmas, esta es bastante pequeña (sin cafetería), pero tienen todo lo necesario. Tienen muchos productos importados que pueden ser más caros que otros, pero ofrecen una buena selección de productos veganos. Si no tienes coche y estás en el sur, ¡es una muy buena opción para conseguir productos veganos y orgánicos!

Tienen algunos productos horneados frescos cerca de la caja registradora de una panadería sin gluten en Las Palmas. No es algo por lo que vale la pena desviarse mucho, pero es bueno saber que está ahí.

Compré chocolate vegano (de Ichoc y bolognese soße (de bio central aquí, eso fue realmente bueno. tienen tufo, sincera, queso vegano, helado vegano y sorbete, conserva frutas y verduras, mantequilla, varios tipos de salsas y nudidad! ¡y mucho más!

Se trata básicamente de una tienda de comestibles natural, con algunas opciones GF más que otras tiendas de la zona. Usted tiene productos recién horneados de la salida de una panadería GF en Las Palmas. Nada para salir del camino, pero es bueno saber que está ahí.

This is a great place to find vegan and vegetarian options there are also pre-prepared options and they have great flavored hummus. They have franchises in different parts of Europe such as Austria and Czech Republic.
