Spare No Rib! - Reservar una mesa

We headed to Spare No Rib to try Mexican food and ribs around 11:30 on Saturday but when we got there they were serving breakfast under Egg, not Spare No Rib. We were not in a breakfast food mood (had driven from O'Fallon, MO) we prepared to leave and go to Cherokee Street when we were stopped by this super nice, super friendly guy asking why were leaving. When we told him why he said the dinner menu was later 3:30? We said thank you but we lived too far to come back. He asked us to sit down, brought out a dinner menu, and created the meal we wanted plus brought a special plate of things to try. Are you kidding me? Our group of four unanimously agreed that this was the best lunch experience we have ever had! We enjoyed mac and 3 unique, delicious salsas. The fish rib tacos were outstanding, the service was excellent, and the owner was very kind. The atmosphere was relaxed and we are already looking forward to returning to this hidden gem for more delicious meals.

spare no rib is soou tasty! I love everything that I tried in their menu of food and drinks. I could eat her chorizo every day.
