Spargelhof Heuer, Fuhrberger Spargelwirtschaft, Erdbeeren Heidelbeeren

With five people we drove from Lake Maschsee to the tent restaurant at the Spargelhof Heuer in Fuhrberg, a day before the end of the season there. It was my first visit to Heuer. The previous restaurant critiques have hung the bar high. But actually the kitchen met all expectations! There were asparagus filled with steak (fried to the point), with salmon (inside still nicely fluffy and not dry) and with scavenger (crazy panade) etc. The quality and quantities were very good, we forgot to order. if someone wants to start working here; It just does. Not even minimum wages, no break though you often have to make 2 shifts a day (is then 8-18) and the superiors just unfriendly. They're inventing any lie to give them money. (Subsidies or incorrect payments) are also very uncommon and lazy.

Here we had a parking space within the LV. Unfortunately we were here outside the season and so the court shop was closed.

Perfect for brunching. It's worth the money. Large selection, also many fish snacks

The staff was very friendly and attentive.
