Specialty Coffee Boutique

I have looked long and hard for a place like this in Manizales. This coffee shop is small but stunning, with great use of space and lighting. They're equipped with lots of alternative brewing methods and several types of coffee. I had an absolutely amazing chemex and sat down to work comfortably for a couple of hours. The service is exceptional, they seem genuinely pleased to have you there and to help you out with any questions you may have. The wifi could be better, but honestly, I have nothing but praise for this place.

¡Delicioso! ¡La mejor manera de disfrutar el mejor café del mundo! Todos fueron muy serviciales y explicaron el proceso de las diferentes cervecerías. El pastel de terciopelo rojo que pedí también estaba delicioso. El ambiente era muy moderno y genial, y era un gran lugar para tomar café y leer un libro en un día lluvioso (¡lo que significa todos los días!)

There is nothing like it in Manizales or el Eje Cafetero. Coffee at its freshest in all the most popular brewing methods (v60, syphon, chemex, etc). You need to give this place a try and prepare for a truly special experience. Brewing is done at...the table and you can ask all the questions you want. I recommend the v60 with cafe de origen from Antioquia.

So delicious! Best way to enjoy the best coffee in the world! Everyone was very helpful and explained the process of the different brewers. The red velvet cake I got was delicious as well. The atmosphere was very modern and chill and was a great place to sip on coffee and read a book on a rainy day (which means every day!)

Si estás buscando llevar café a casa, ¡detente en Boutique Coffee Shop! ¡Ellos conocen su oficio y también venden café de Comercio Justo. ¡Imprescindible para los amantes del café! <3 (P.D. También es un buen lugar para conseguir Wifi y... hacer algo de trabajo) No hay menú, solo pasteles.
