after several visits in this restaurant we are thrilled each time on’s new ones. the kitchen implements what the innovative and creative card contains competently. the courts surprise in their complexity and presentation; the ingredients are perfectly prepared, the individual taste components harmonize and are worked out exactly. in the small, but well-sorted wine map you will find the suitable, predominantly regional and price-stable references for all courses. the team is friendly and facing the hospitable, the ambiente leger and relaxed. in the summer the small terrace on which you can enjoy a view of the castle between lavenders and under trees.
we have been in this restaurant several times and were always very satisfied. great cooking variations and above all innovative servierideen, which are always an eye-witness. beautiful weeping and nice operation. all in all a recommendation to try out. not suitable for people who want to have a lot of food for little money, because here there are great taste nuances in appropriate portions. that's fine kitchen. much more successful, because we can only contribute to this in a spot, as we live in kassel and are only in a spot. but if we're here, we'll be happy to come back.
I had invited my business partner to dinner after a meeting and chose the eseberg on the basis of a recommendation. we got a very good menu and were quite satisfied even if the service wasn't entirely equal to the price level. I was annoyed, however, that the bill was issued only in the form of a handwritten ticket. on demand I was informed that we could not issue farm documents. I insisted that you should send me an instruction document and have left my visit card. that never happened, even though I remembered twice by phone.
