The staff member welcomed us, seated us, and asked if we wanted drinks and poppadoms. When our food arrived, the experience was quite mixed. The yogurt sauce was sour, but the onion bhajis were fresh and packed with flavor! My curry, which was supposed to be a bhuna, lacked any real taste—it was just chicken in a bland sauce with a quarter of a tomato thrown in. That said, the chicken was cooked beautifully and practically melted in my mouth. My husband's curry, which was a chef's special with lamb and chicken tikka, was enjoyable and bursting with garlic flavor. Loved the food..I would say we had two usually very different dishes and I tried both but both sauces tasted the same one had more onion and tomato but the flavour was identical. Food is usually lovely however tonight we ordered it came cold. Nan bread was like chewing cardboard was that thin.
