There is a wide selection of vegetarian dishes, many of them selected as an option to be veganized (make sure you want them vegan). We had Baingan Bharta and Bindi Masala and both were delicious, but rather mildly seasoned. The staff was very friendly and the place is quite large, although I would suggest booking a table, especially during weekends. Updated by previous review on 2022-01-19

We tried the Spice of India for the first time at a wedding. The food was so delicious that we are on it the week directly to the restaurant.Also here, very friendly staff, delicious food at very fair prices. Too bad it is a bit far from Mainz, yet we were certainly not the last time here

Very nice restaurant. Wonderful outdoor area you feel a bit like on holiday. Staff very nice. The food is excellent. Unfortunately as everything is now very expensive.

So delicious! Try Baingan Bharta Daal Tadka. Do not forget to mention that you want to be vegan your meal
