I came to this Spice Wing before the new management took over and was not a fan. I gave him another attempt after I saw it open again and I can say that I was really blown away not only by the taste and quality in food, but also the great customer service I received from the moment I went into me. I spoke to a manager and he explained that they recently took over this place and they do everything they can to reverse the damage done by the previous administration. I wrote this review to support and praise their efforts, as it is now operated by people from our small Sugar Mountain community. I don't know what happened, but my last two visits were LIFE ALTERING. There's a new guy behind the counter at lunch, at least I think he's a recent rent, Shavar. Shavar is the man! He ensures that all foods come absolutely perfect, asks you the sauces, gives you options, etc. If the owners read this, you need to pay to keep this man. He is an example of great help in a labour market full of valueless bozos. To the chefs behind him too! Wings are fire, and the restaurant is clean! 10/10.

I am not one to try new places, so I didn’t know what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, given the restaurant industry has started cutting a lot of corners since 2020. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious, and the man working (by himself, by the way) was juggling multiple customers at a time and both running the registers, cooking, and taking orders out for curbside pickup. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

So the other day I placed an order online. 10 pcs. Hot with lemon pepper sprinkles. I got home and noticed I had 14 instead. So I just thought it was my lucky day. WRONG! it was the most miserable day in my 30 's. Turns out the extras wings was given to me because they were spoiled. So I ended up getting food poisoning. Fantastic food. Fresh, high quality offers and wings. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Only something that prevents a full 5 stars would be the environment. In the store was easy. Add a little culture like photos or decor and this could be the best winged place in the city. You can also order on Uber Eats. Come back soon!

Every time I order from Spice Wing I receive exceptional service and receive by food very quickly. I typically do orders of 50 plus wings so it is greatly appreciated because I typically don't have tons of time to waste on picking up food. Not to mention the wings are some of the best you can buy. Highly recommend :

Great food. Just sad the Uber Eats guy only delivered part of the order. Not sure if the restaurant messed up or Uber Eats did but assuming Uber Eats from what I heard about them. UEs only refunded $5 as their “max” though an order of tenders, fries, and a drink were missing. So just eat in vs UEs.

It is a good place to visit; first time here, not long wait, good prices. The service was good/fairly fast to the table. The chicken was great alone, but the waffles gave him something extra. Food was awesome and Owner Shafvar was amazing. My son came from Texas and tried it and raved about it. I then was taken there and became a returning customer. Now under new ownership and worth going there. Try the wet wings lemon pepper and tenders. So so good.Food: 5/5

Employee was nice! Overworked and underpaid for sure. The place stinks like sewer. Food was edible but could have gotten boneless wings from the frozen section at Kroger and would have been just as good. Not a fan
