When I paid for my meal, it unexpectedly cost me $21. I asked her why it was more expensive to pick it up than to order through the app, and she explained that I didn't specify which size bowl I wanted, so she gave me a larger one, which contained the same amount of food as the promotional bowl. I believe she should have asked me which size I wanted instead of making the assumption.
Overall, there was too much miscommunication and I ended up wasting money. I love the food, but it’s not worth paying so much more.
