It 's so disappointing that I 've been patronizing this instablishment for years. I came a Sunday to get food for my mother, who was also with me and was so excited to get her oxtails! The woman who was behind the counter was so cold and very rude! My mother is elderly so her food intake has to be watched in ways that her salt level and other things have to be monitored when it comes to food.I simply asked the woman if my mother could taste the gravey? I know I never had a problem at this instablishment before when asked. She replied IM NOT allowed I said, Oh,okay. I have done it plenty of times before it 's just putting a little gravy on a spoon. I’ve gone to the take out section for many years, the service was always welcoming. Today I went there to order food for my family and ask the server if I can have the vegetable on the side, she said no and continue to put it in the container with the rest of the food without giving me an opportunity for another option . Even a foil etc, I asked her IF I was paying would you be able to do it that way? She said yes. SMH ??‍Not nice for a customer that has been visiting so many years, you need me to pay additional cost for that after I already paid almost $20 for an oxtail?

This was my 3rd time coming to Spices Negril and was very disappointed this time around. After a rough week at work all I wanted was some good drink and food. I ordered a passion fruit Margareta and it was HORRIBLE. I complained to the waitress and all she did was bring us ice to add to the drink??‍. The drink was thick like a smoothie and sweet like they emptied the bottle of passion fruit puree in it, my wife and I could not drink it at all...we still got charged for it!

Went there for Drinks and Finger food Friday night and it was amazing. I had ordered from the take out and loved the food and decided to go back later to the bar. Parking: Parking in the back and of lot is full lots of street parking on the side streets always Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice place, great wait, staff. The breakfast food is good, nothing to rave about. The link sausage is very good. The pancakes are okay. Nice for a quick meal. Get the 55+ meals great price for the amount of food you receive.

Visited this establishment on s Friday night, only one bar attendant and she was doing everything. Food wasn't good after waiting an hour, the music was too loud for such a small place. Great location subpar service ??

OMG, this was thee best Salmon Rasta Pasta everrrr. The Salmon was sooo juicy and seasoned just right. The drinks were on point. Service was excellent too. Vegetarian options: Try the veggie rasta pasta

It's Friday night and they only have 1server. She's serving the bar and the dining area. That is so ridiculous! I would not recommend this place and I will not return. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service is inconsistent. But has feeling of local cheers bar everyone knows everyone and you always stay longer than you thought you would.
