Went to this place for dinner in November 2016, with couple friends. The ambiance of the restaurant is good. We tried a chat item and some spring rolls for starters which were good, chat was really yummy. The veg stew, fish curry, and Garlic Nan were also tasty and the portions were filling. I would definitely like to visit this place again and again for the authentic Kerala cuisine and some other Indian dishes. The staff was nice and friendly.
Spices was a very good and decent restaurant. I am very disappointed with the real estate people forcing them to close down. I hope they open a new restaurant soon nearby and become very popular. Shame on the real estate people for closing honest and dedicated people and their business. All the best best and Happy Easter to the Spices team. And as far as the real estate people are concerned, they can go and get ?!
Lovely place $12 for a South Indian Buffet. Contains 5 mains.. plus potatoes, Sambar snd two types of chutney. Tea is provided. Nice to have had a desert though if they could bump up the price. You could eat for the value of $30. Value for money 5 stars For taste 5 stars For service 5 stars.
The South Indian food at this restaurant is fantastic. The seating is clean and well arranged, and the curries are all excellent. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of parking available on the back street. I definitely recommend coming back for their weekend buffet. Reserva una mesa ahora
Good quality south Indian food. We went for their Saturday buffet and food was really good. Their is a big car park in next street so no issues about parking. My only suggestion is to replace tea in buffet with filter coffee (may be for extra money). We will be back.
I specially want to highlight the weekend South Indian vegetarian buffet.At $12 it's unbelievable value,Dishes include dosa,vada,puris Sambal and chutneys among others ,freshly prepared and cheerfully replenished.Smiling staff are a bonus .Love it.
We have been going here for years, it is reliably good Indian food with friendly service at a great price. We are vegetarian and all the veto choices are lovely. Though it sits on very busy Pennant Hills Rd inside it is quiet and relaxed. Enjoy!
I must say, this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have found in Sydney. The Spices Fish Curry special is consistently delicious every time I visit (the picture speaks for itself!). I would definitely recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora
