I just had the worst experience at Woodbury Commons Outlet. I was served a meat cake that had clearly been dried out for two days. The two chefs—I'm using that term loosely—had no understanding of customer service or any sense of urgency. When I returned my food, one of them looked genuinely shocked to see the stale, old meat cake.
