After my older Avanti MTB frame developed a crack (which, by the way, has since undergone a design change), the team at MyRide took excellent care of me. They offered me a fantastic deal on a new Scott Genius bike. The staff were understanding, helpful, patient, and prompt throughout the process. I received a great introduction to the new bike along with plenty of helpful advice. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. (The Avanti was a fantastic bike; don't let my experience discourage you. I would have purchased another, but it wasn’t available in my size.)
