First conquered by the contents of the plate the first time we return to it very quickly to enjoy the heat of this refreshing place in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand the second time. Then a " envie" on a Saturday night makes us find ourselves eating this third time at the bar, for lack of tables still available, with for excellent company Justine la barmaid.... Since then, are no less than two visits that we have made by choosing to dine at the bar for the pleasure of the eyes with the realization of cocktails and that of the taste buds by enjoying each time. A special mention to the chef and to Coco, not to mention the man in the hat who rediscovered the gin to my husband!

Friendly but cold served with as a hinge for risotto: a non-cooked rice (the combination for an Italian restaurant... the base of the kitchen... and for pizza: a stuffing paste... and the total makes a salted addition.
