super friendly and patient staff that offers many sport facilities, the rooms are simple and clean. Ok, hotel restaurants aren't normally Earth shattering or life altering, right? They just are! They serve a purpose! However, this one is not necessarily one of your run of the mill hotel restaurants, it's really nice! Ambiance is awesome, grub is amazing, and the staff... soooooo nice! So helpful! I would indeed go out of my way to dine here, and so should you.

very complicated reception times you reserve family rooms and they place you at different levels you can no longer get out of the hotel after or if you go out you can no longer go home to breakfast so small that you have to lunch in the entrance hall...Bref...A flee.

the stars are for’s room and breakfast, dinner looked good, but it didn’t taste us. if a chef cannot distinguish the champions supplement from a pfefferrahmsoße and then the same is on the teller again. the chicken nuggets were a bit harder than they should, etc.

I booked this hotel on Oct, and receive a call days later that I don't have a room because they overbooked. Be careful when using this hotel, doesn't seem to be run properly and can put your plans in jeopardy.

Classic rooms without pretension, we are announced a swimming pool, which is there but closed, idem for the restaurant that is not serving the evening. a km of europapark.
