I were this morning at the NZZ, great experience, very friendly staff and the manager was fantastic. He made me and my wife taste a Swiss beer and convince us to order two big ones instead of the Heineken. Since our hands were full, he...even brought the drinks personally to the table.. very attentively!

Best choice for a reasonably priced great tasting coffee while in transit. They have a great selection of savory and sweet items and really nice seating area to enjoy your purchases, cleaned by their own staff, just like a restaurant within the airport. Great take...away also!!!

Actually... no service at all, so never got something to eat or drink!!! when I tried to order they just ignored me and went to the next in line!! Didn’t even ask me! Maybe I was invisible??
We were shocked by the prices even by Swiss standards. Small cheese sandwiches in tough bread with only cheese poking out the edge were a rip off and chf for a bottle of water
