Sportsman Inn - Reserva de mesa

The Sportsman hosted a wonderful party for me and my wife's 50th birthday celebration. Tamsin James organised things well and provided a large marquee complete with decorations to give us plenty of outside space. The curry and chili provided for our guests was excellent! The staff were all attentive. Everything was great.

Good service and pleasant atmosphere. We didn't eat so I can't comment on the food. A good selection of beers including Oakham Citra. I love that beer! Plenty of parking and spacious outdoor seating with an airy marquee if you prefer to not sit in the sun. I'd recommend The Sportsman.

Myself, my family and lots of our friends arrived in the pub at 1pm (spent a fortune from 1pm-8pm) we waited over an hour for food which was cold. Rude manager who didn’t appreciate feedback. Wouldn’t recommend

Called in after a walk through the Fox Hagg nature reserve. Had a great pint glass of beer. Friendly bar staff , ordered fish and chips it was very good and the perfect size .toilets very clean. 10 out of 10. Reserva una mesa ahora

Been for lovely walk and stopped here for lunch. Not local, lovely pub. Friendly, spotless and clean. Excellent pub food, great value. Stunning view of Sheffield . Absolutely worth dropping by.

Brilliant place, great service, amazing food and a very warm welcome by the landlords. Friendly staff, clean toilets and a massive beer garden. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Lovely pub, views outside are beautiful if weather is decent, and comfy inside if not. Good variety of food with few good options for kids meals which is always a plus!

Lovely pub out on the sticks. I had a nice meal and a lovely few pints of real ale in very comfortable surroundings. I'll be back Reserva una mesa ahora

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had a lovely fish finger sandwich- very tasty! Would definitely recommend for a visit

Recently re opened by a local couple. Some decent beers and the food is very good.
