Sportsmans Pizzeria

I have been ordering the sportsman's pizza rolls for as long as I can remember. I always opt for the original and have never been disappointed. When I introduced them to my friends who were trying them for the first time, they all loved it. Interestingly enough, I have never actually tried the pizza from this place. I find it difficult to stray from ordering anything other than the original pizza roll because they are just so delicious. They are quite large, so I usually eat half and save the other half for later. When reheated at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, they taste just as good as when they were fresh. I had a very disappointing experience with Sportsmen's Pizza tonight. I ordered a large pepperoni and cheese deep dish pizza, but I received a large round pepperoni and cheese pizza instead. When I called to inform them of their mistake, they insisted that I bring the incorrect pizza back in order to exchange it for the right one, even though they were just 5 minutes away from my location. I found this request to be disgusting and rude, especially since I had the pizza delivered for convenience. The staff and manager were also very rude. I simply wanted either the correct order or a refund for what I paid.

The delivery driver demanded a tip while handing me my change, which was rude and unexpected. I called the restaurant eight times but nobody answered the phone. Waiting almost two hours for my order when I was originally told it would only take 45 minutes was frustrating. To make matters worse, my pizza and breadsticks arrived cold.

This restaurant serves the best pepperoni rolls you will ever taste. The owner is friendly and the staff is excellent. The restaurant is very clean and well-managed.

I have loved this place since I was a child. The food has always been delicious. I have a special fondness for small, hometown pizza joints.
