Spring had been on my to try list for over a year, and I finally made it there for a late dinner on Wednesday night. Overall, it was one of the best meals that I 've had in awhile, and I 'd highly recommend it. If you don 't live near Marietta, it 's still worth the trip. Spring served some of the best bites that i 've had in Atlanta. The roasted duck entree was incredible perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and well balanced it was the best duck that I 've ever had. The peach salad was also incredible with unique and fresh flavors. I 'm sorry, but the people in Marietta are not that discerning with their food. I don 't post reviews too often, but over the past couple years, it has been a recurring joke with my partner of how disappointed we were to drive OTP for this dining experience.. and after seeing them mentioned in several hopeful Michelin post, it only felt right to post my experience. Yall, my peas and carrots with the lamb were 100% unseasoned- as in no spices, herbs OR salt. Lamb cooked fine, but not much sauce/flavor clining to the protein either, so you can imagine how bland the taste was. I made a dessert reservation for my bf, Scott and he was treated like the VIP Scott truly is. Scott is in the middle of redesigning the restaurant and I'm so excited to see the final outcome. They just need a bit more room to handle the crazy amount of business they are getting. Ultra fine dining cuisine with deep understanding of wine and pairings. Overall, I'd say I'm a decent girlfriend for the surprise. Definitely make a trip when you want to experience one of the best on the square.

We have tried many new and 'nice ' restaurants in Atlanta this year and Spring was by far our best meal. I feel like we were initially unsure with such a small menu but it was wonderful. Everything on each dish was so thoughtful and delicious. Even the bread service and butter were exceptional and memorable. And because they do change the menu quite often, we will absolutely return. Without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. It is consistent and the food is creative and excellent. Service is stellar. Interesting wine list with sommelier expertise to go with it. And the restaurant is cozy and not at all pretentious. Staff turnover is so low, same people always there. Had a great experience this evening with Liz. Overall such an amazing place.

The food was amazing and delicious. The staff was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The staff explained the different dishes and constantly checked on us. The plates were beautiful. The entire experience was lovely. The dining room was comfortable and cozy. We will return. It was a wonderful birthday celebration!
