I know this sounds crazy because it is a little unassuming convenient store inside the Inova building, but they literally have the best breakfast in all of NOVA. I get the cheese omelet with seasoned potatoes and toast, and it is soooo good. There is a thin layer of egg with tons of filling. The potatoes are amazing, and even the toast tastes amazing. I never bother with toast/bread anywhere. The pancakes are huge and fluffy, but most importantly delicious! It is run by Mr. And Mrs. Lee. They are super sweet, and get to know their customers. The lunch/dinner entrees are amazing as well. I have had their baked ziti, vegetables, stuffed peppers, steak and cheese, and many other sandwiches. Eve...
The prices at this restaurant are unreasonably high. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant for $4.99, expecting a decent-sized sandwich, but it turned out to be small, with a burnt bottom and barely any egg inside. Additionally, there was a sign stating that the minimum charge for credit card payments is $5, which I understand. I picked up a small roll of candy, and to my shock, it was $2.99! I then began asking about the prices of other items, and everything was more than double what I would consider reasonable. None of the items were labeled, and it honestly seemed like the clerk was making up prices on the spot. I will not be returning here.
A family member was in the ER. I was hungry and decided to try this little café. I ordered the the roast beef BLT. The man was really polite and said that he hoped I enjoyed it. That sandwich was AWESOME It was probably the BEST sandwich I've ever eaten. It was loaded with roast beef and a good amount of bacon. It had just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo.If I could I would give them 10 stars.If I'm in the Kingstown area again during their business hours, I will definitely eat there again.
The chef at this restaurant makes amazing steak and cheese subs - the best I've ever had. Both of the owners are very friendly. I always look forward to visits to the National Spine and Pain Center because I know I can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch before I leave.

I was unimpressed with the manager's lack of courtesy when I politely asked for a coffee cup. Her behavior towards me was unnecessarily unfriendly, particularly given that I had done nothing to warrant such treatment.
Place nice clean staff nice besides that sister at the cashier. She is rude, disrespectful has poor customer service. She will be only reason why I willNever do business there again.
I honestly liked their food and service, excellent area to my residence. The employees are always nice. Will come back again.
