Had takeaway from here tonight. Granted was a busy night for them. Im no food critic but I've had thai food from a number of restaurants in the past and i have to say this was the worst I've had so far. Had musaman curry and found it bitter, beef wasn't tender, too much cinnamon and sauce was watery. My wife had a fish dish and it was overcooked and rubbery. Entree was crab rice net rolls which were tasty but tiny and overpriced. To top it off for some reason the rice was full of blue food colouring which didn't look appetising at all. Wouldn't recommend for takeaway. Gave 5 stars for atmosphere as i can't comment there.
We just spent $57 on a huge meal of fish and chips (both battered and crumbed) that easily satisfied our family of seven. The wait for our order was quite reasonable, especially considering it was peak hours on a Friday evening. We can be particular about the quality of fish and chips since my husband grew up in a seafood restaurant, and we were all very pleased with both the quality and flavor. This is a fantastic local take-away option that supports one of our community businesses. Great job, team at Springwood Seafood! We’ll definitely be back soon.
This restaurant is clean, staff very friendly and food is high quality. Fresh and full of flavour. Byo was appreciated as was the reasonable price of corkage. It was busy on a Wednesday night and lots of take away orders so if the locals eat there it must be good. If in the area would definitely stop again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
This little restaurant has always been great food, however since the new operators the place has lifted the game with a refit and younger team. Love the food here, with my favourite Soft Shell Crab, Crispy Pork Belly and the awesome Hor Mok Talay....Seafood in Spiced Coconut Cream. BYO is also a bonus. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
