Sprinkles is not what it used to be. I?ve been coming here for 20+ years and ownership changed a few years ago. Since then the quality and taste of the frozen yogurt flavors have gone down hill. Quite honestly, they do not taste the same and half the timethey are out of stock!! It boggles my mind how many times I?ve gone in and they say they do not have the Oreo frozen yogurt. Ontop of this, I used to get the fronana all the time. It was my favorite dessert. But when the ownership changed, they pushedback on making it for me when I asked and each time I?ve ordered it since, it?s never the same. It doesn?t taste as good,neither does it look as appetizing. I used to pass by this place when I lived in Potomac but never had the chance to visit. We happened to be in the area and stopped by for some soft serve. My wife has celiacs disease and the ladies were kind to check and confirm which flavors were actually gluten free, which I appreciated. She even changed her gloves to be on the safe side, which was great! Both had masks on, which was a plus. The froyo was great and we definitely all enjoyed it! If ever we?re in the
Expensive. It 's a cute store, really. Nice staff. I just....I can 't believe people pay that for one scoop of ice cream, I do not live in the area. Maybe people who do live here can afford that, I 've just never paid that for ice cream in my life. Prices arenot posted, so I had no idea how to order. Was that just Hershey 's ice cream? I wish there had been a place to sit.
Was there today and just found out they are switching their ice cream from Thomas Sweet to Hershey. I think this is a huge mistake. The only reason I drove to this store was for this ice cream. I'm sure the margins are a lot greater selling Hershey but you can go to a grocery store and pay a lot less for average ice cream.

Pricey. The restaurant is charming, with friendly staff. However, I was shocked at the cost of a single scoop of ice cream. Maybe locals can afford it, but I personally have never paid that much for ice cream. The prices were not displayed, which made it difficult to order. I also wish there had been seating available.
I bought an ice cream cake here and it was absolutely fantastic. It was my birthday and I?m glad Sprinkles had what I needed. The cake with added decorations was kind of expensive but totally worth it. Thank you so much for the honest communication andservice.
There were many flavors available at the restaurant, despite what was listed on the menu. Unfortunately, they did not have mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, or gummy bears. As a result, my children were very disappointed.

they had no parfes or banane spilts or regular waffels, had only 3 ices aromen and lasted about 20 minutes to make a milkshake and they did not even give us pfeffer cream and cherry
I absolutely adore the ice cream with cake batter or cookie dough and oreo topping - it's a must try!
