Every time I looked up good places for breakfast or lunch sprouts popped up and I had passed it many times on my way to Tahoe so we finally decided to give a chance for breakfast and it was a very nice find. It's probably the cleanest restaurant and kitchenI've ever seen. After talking to them they told me that they only serve turkey and no other meats so there's no grease at all inthe entire business and they cook the turkey off site so there's no grease . I visited Reno to see my mom, and we decided to have lunch at Sprouts while exploring Lake Tahoe. The food was fresh, and the prices were reasonable, especially given the current inflation. The portion sizes were excellent too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
There are plenty of vegetarian options available, and the location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Lake Tahoe viewpoint, where you can find a beach with picnic tables. We grabbed some food and settled down there to enjoy our meal.
Great spot for brunch! Food drinks were delicious. There is extra parking in the back. If you have dogs, would highly recommend sitting in the back area too, there's a large grassy lawn that your pup can play in.

The food was incredibly delicious, healthy, and fresh. We had a sandwich and a salad, both of which I highly recommend! The only downside was that the tables could have been cleaner.
