Spuds Fish Moorebank

That was the first time we tried this place. Near McDonalds, parking is no problem. Sorted chips and shrimps. The chips were nice, but the shrimps were scattered, not crushed, what we would have preferred. Fortunately, the dough was not too heavy.... But my great concern was the Major Mitchell Kakadu, who is locked up in the store. I'm a bird lover, but worry that it's on a site selling food. I know what an attraction is for mice and rats, so it's a health risk that I feel. I won't go back there for this reason.

We drive every Friday, 4 years, 4 dinners. But then it changed hands and Stella obviously had moved on. The new owners/operators still try to get foot there. Yes, they have made some changes in the way they do...and are obviously much longer to get the food out as a result that irw does not seem to be the level of customers who now call. You can only hope that they will come back because the actual food was good.

We came for lunch, ordered fish burgers Calamari potato cake and salads. The price has arrived since the last time. But still fresh and beautiful once in a while.

Fish and Chips comes with a smile and maybe play a little live bass when you're lucky. Chips are very coarse cut, and the fish is well cooked.

Scallops are hand made and my favourite. Nice different salads too with home made sauces and the bbq octopus is good.
