Dear Squire’s Garden Centre Team, I am writing to share my disappointment with the customer service during my visit today. I came to buy three bags of soil (£16), as I have done several times before. Usually, staff don’t assist with loading, so I was handling it myself. While loading, I took a photo of the soil to remember the details for the till—something I’ve done previously without issue.
