We visited SĒr Steak Spirits during restaurant week and ordered from the special menu, but couldn’t resist adding a seafood tower appetizer from the regular menu. The seafood tower was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant week dishes were just as flavorful. That said, the wagyu steak was a bit disappointing.
Before our main courses arrived, the fire alarms went off. Initially, we thought it was a false alarm, but as it kept ringing, most guests evacuated down 27 flights of stairs. Fortunately, it was a faulty alarm, but we had to wait about 30 minutes to return since the elevators were not working. When we finally returned, the staff kindly reseated us and promptly served our meals....
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the service at Sēr was amazing! While I know the seats by the window are first come first serve, the team did a great job ensuring we had a great view. The touch of petals on the table and the champagne toast made this night a memorable one. Thanks Natalie for being a great server on this special occasion. We each had a filet with truffle butter and red chimichurri sauce and they were great with our steaks! What a great filet! Potato puree and Brussels sprouts complimented the meal and we ended with the honey cheesecake desert. We had a great experience and can’t thank the team at Sēr enough!
Stunning venue with a breathtaking view of downtown Dallas! Our server was fantastic—friendly, approachable, and made the menu walkthrough enjoyable (wish I remembered her name). We started with the grilled octopus and shared the 38oz tomahawk steak. Sides included mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. While we hoped for a bit more meat on the octopus, it was delicious. The tomahawk was flawlessly cooked, and it was impressive to see a chef carve it right at our table. Overall, an excellent dining experience that my fiancé and I truly enjoyed. Highly recommend for a special date night!
If you're in search of a good dining experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. This was the worst steak I've ever had at a high-end restaurant—I've had better steaks at Chili's. The seafood tower felt like a complete rip-off. I wouldn't be as disappointed if it hadn’t cost $650 for four people (not including alcohol). If you're staying at the hotel, just stop by for coffee and dessert; those were the only highlights, along with the beautiful skyline view at night. Do yourself a favor and don't make this your main dining destination.

We had an amazing experience this evening celebrating our anniversary. The food was absolutely flawless, featuring excellent steaks and delicious sides. Our server, Hannah, truly elevated our dinner with her outstanding service, embodying what great hospitality is all about. Combined with the lovely atmosphere and stunning views of Dallas, this is undoubtedly one of the best dining spots in the city. Don’t miss out on the greatness of SĒR; you won’t be disappointed!
Lost my reservation after a 3hr wait, took over an hour to get food once sat for sub par food, and to top it all off over charged me steak is on the menu for $73 but charged $103. Definitely do not recommend bad food bad service then they overcharge you at the end
I came here to celebrate my birthday during restaurant week and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our server Ben knocked it out of the park with his amazing service. Food presentation was spectacular and tasted even better. Highly recommend.
