This is a lovely winery that’s also dog-friendly! It’s a fantastic place to stop for some wine tasting (or try the Whisky Bourbon Ports!) while visiting Echuca and the Wharf area. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with detailed information about the wines and spirits we sampled. The shop is wonderful too, featuring many beautiful items for your home or cellar. It's perfect for picking up gifts or expanding your liqueur collection!
Thank you for taking a solutions focused mindset and displaying outstanding customer service regarding an issue i had. It was very refreshing to see that a high level of emphasis on customer service still exists. I have been dumbfounded in the past by companies taking a hostile approach to unhappy customers as people do tell their stories and I assure you I will be telling many people about this story and the fabulous wine products you produce.
we have made wine tastings here and I have really loved the experience thanks to a friendly, patient lady from the philippines called maddy who has served us. she was inconceivably polite, helpful and generous with her time. the wine we bought was also very good. I recommend her full-bodied shiraz. I forget the name of the wee, but it was delicious.
This place is truly remarkable! Maddy was fantastic—she was knowledgeable about all the products. The service was outstanding and incredibly impressive. Went to St. Anne’s Winery in Moama today, we were served by Debbie who not only knew all about the wines but also had a great sense of humour. Debbie was amazing and we will definitely be recommending this place to others. Thank you Debbie from us all.
Outstanding service. So glad I found St Annes. Aside from producing great wines, the service is amazing the turnaround time once the order has been placed, even in these challenging times has been first class. What a great business all round.
It is not your usual winery with a vineyard.. but it’s conveniently located in the town centre. They serve some amazing wines and the wine tasting here is really good. A must stop when you are in echuca
