We stayed 4 nights but did not take advantage of the pool or even breakfast. I leave this opinion regarding the very friendly and listening welcome! On the other hand, little presence at reception and hotel a little far from Dijon. The room was very clean and the bathroom was rather well thought. Regarding the floors, the elevator does not exist, a ramp on the right of the staircase would help to the accessibility of the floors because the only ramp present is that of the stairway with complicated grip, of a flat aesthetic form so little adapted to the need for a firm and global manual grip in a person in difficulty without being in reduced mobility. Apart from this difficulty we were please...
Disappointing customer experience on the hotel part. The soundproofing of the rooms is almost nonexistent, I was able to benefit from the snoring of my neighbor all night...In the morning, when taking the shower, there was no towels. I looked for someone at the reception, in vain. When I left the hotel, I told the receptionist about the situation and the answer a little irritated me. Indeed, for any answer, I was entitled to nothing I can do about it, it will be 110€. I was expecting a minima to a commercial gesture but a priori, badly received customers must accept the situation without consideration...for my part, I would not return!
I put 4/5 because it's a young couple that takes over this resting hotel. their reception is pleasant, neat, pleasant. for me I fell on an unrenovated room in the decor. but others are renovated, and others will be gradually renovated. For professional customers, it would be nice to extend the end-of-service restaurant time by 30 minutes later. for breakfast, the beginning at 7:30 am too late for those who have rdvs pro from 8:30 am. In addition to these few points of improvement, the restaurant room is pretty, the pleasant terrace and the rest place. there is no doubt that this friendly young couple will change the place in time.
We spent 2 nights in the small cottage that belongs to the hotel on Saône. We were given breakfast and some meals. The punctuality was tjs at the RDV. The place is quiet and relaxing. The outdoor jacuzzi facing the river is ideal to relax... and warm up. For only 2 adults. Our guests are listening and enjoyable. To be recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora
We stayed in this lodge 2 nights and had a very good time. Very quiet, this logis offers swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and massages to relax. Strong: the chef cuistot is a passionate and master of his kitchen, we have enjoyed it. Special mention to fresh crayfish!! Value for money is worth the detour, I recommend!
