St Francis Restaurant & Function Centre

Decided to go to the winery for dinner tonight at short notice. On ordering our meal there was no problems, but on receiving it that is where the evening ends. We both weren't very hungry so we ordered battered fish and salt and pepper squid....Unfortunately the batter was like rubber and both meals were cold. We asked for some hot chips but they didn't arrive until we were about to leave. The service was unacceptable. Sorry but been there a few times in the past but will never be back. The standards are dropping in local restaurant's all over Adelaide.

We dined in the restaurant for lunch. We chose from a set menu list which was quite extensive. We had grilled fish, chips and salad, whilst I dined on a delicious Caesar Salad which contained the freshest and tastiest ingredients. Before the main courses we...had entrees- fried haloumi and a prawn cocktail. We also ordered garlic breads. Our total food bill was under $40. Service was friendly and efficient in delivering the well presented food.We look forward to repeating this experience soon!

We decided to try the $10 schnitzel night on Thursdays. We arrived early but the restaurant quickly filled up, so I suggest making a reservation. The schnitzel was a good size and you can add gravy and other sauces for an additional $2. The salad bar was average but it's nice to have some variety. They also have a small children's area with a ride-on car, a luck game (for a fee), and drawing activities.

worst meal in a long time. my man had the crocodile and it was hard like a boots. my bbq garnels in zitrus and garlic sauces have not been boiled again well heated) on a hill of rice with a rough garlic sauce no taste of zitrus. they offered us not to pay for this meal and offered a free dessert. but the last time we went the meal was great, so disappointed. we wanted a place that we could stay and eat, not too far from the airport adelaide for a first night of vacation, we chose this palate random, rooms were very clean eating was very good, friendly staff good...service, I had the huh parmy my wife had the salt and pepperhead, both very nice

We went to the restaurant on a Friday night and were served by Norma, who was without a doubt the friendliest and most professional server I have ever encountered. Despite our late order, Norma had a fantastic attitude and made us feel extremely welcome. The food was also outstanding.

The ambiance was wonderful and we enjoyed a lovely Sunday dinner outside with music. The service was friendly and attentive, and although the wine selection was okay, the food was not outstanding. We would consider returning in the future.

Came with friends again. The women had Chicken Caesar salad which was superb and the men had a eggplant parmigiana and a schnitzel followed by trifle. Service was good, food was great ..recommended..especially for seniors at lunchtime ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Slow service and poor quality of food, seafood risotto inedible, no barrimundi as specified on menu, squid overcooked and rubbery. Rice was undercooked and gritty. a very unpleasant meal

large table service in a small intimate dining area. the meals were of a good standard. happy when they look for a small, quiet place in an informal environment
