We ate here today and the restaurant has promise. Unfortunately the experience spoiled by an unhelpful and unsmiling waitress (she is new there, but needs to learn that a smile and listening to clients can go a long way) Her colleague gave the impression he was on a different cloud to the rest of the world too, and he wasn't new.The salad de gesiers was tasty but spoiled because the chicken was uncooked. My wife ordered the lamb cooked to be pink, it arrived virtually alive. (She's french and is used to the degree which meat is cooked) We were next to a French couple who made exactly the same remarks.A shame because the products used are clearly good quality and seasoning etc is excellent.
