St Georges Road Fish & Chips

I adore this restaurant. My friends and I frequently order from here and the staff is consistently friendly. The food is prepared quickly, reasonably priced, and delicious. We usually go for the souvlakis or burgers. The fish souvlaki and veggie burger are particularly outstanding. I enjoy all of their menu options. This is my favorite spot in the inner north for classic fish and chips.

I was thrilled to find the shop open on a peaceful Monday morning and the food was excellent! I ordered a Burger Combo which included a large burger, fries, sauce, and a can of Coke. The meal was ready in just 10 minutes, with a generous portion suitable for a hungry adult at a great price. I left feeling full and satisfied. I will definitely return if I am in the area again.

Delicious! Crunchiest fish and chips we have had in a long time! We drove around for ages trying to find 'authentic ' fish and chips and very glad we stumbled upon this gem. Family working are so sweet, especially the son (assuming he is he even made us up a little bag of chicken salt to take away when we couldn 't decide which salt to have : legend!

Amazing service! The staff were very friendly which made my experience even better. The food was delicious as well, not too oily, reasonably priced and they have a large variety of food from burgers to fish to dim sims. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

So lucky to live close to this place. Really friendly staff and decent fish and chips, pretty cheap. Veggie burger isn't that great but the hamburger with the lot is delish. They often throw in an extra potato cake which is always a big plus!

Best fish and chips for miles. Having moved away from the area, I still travel back here for the fish and chips. The couple running the place are lovely and the fish is always cooked to perfection. Absolute gem.

The variety of dishes is excellent and the fish and chips are absolutely delicious. The fish is always cooked perfectly. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming.
