Excellent place to go to eat, do homework or relax a little, I like to go for the tranquility that there is, the space is ideal, the outdoor chairs give you peace and tranquility, you can spend a good time without anyone bothering you, the service It has always been quite fast, the people are very friendly, the only ugly thing about this place is that the caramel Latte never has caramel and makes the coffee almost always quite bitter some will like it that way but I don't always like it. I had a really frustrating experience with the curbside service at this location. After waiting for a long time, no one ever showed up! I had to hobble in on crutches to get my food, and there was no assistance at all. I love bagels, but I definitely did not enjoy this experience, especially since I had to deal with my injury. I tried calling the location, but it felt like the phone number was a joke—just ringing endlessly with no answer! I had to use my crutches to go in, even though I continuously called from my phone. Seriously, Panera, you need to do better!

I have been visiting this Panera for many years, and I have to say that Rachel is one of the kindest and most dedicated staff members I've ever encountered. She consistently strives to enhance the dining experience for both new and regular customers, always wearing a cheerful smile. If you're fortunate enough to meet her, you'll see how amazing she is. I would give her 10 stars if it were possible. WE LOVE RACHEL!!!

It must be one of the largest breads. I was there. I need to study internet and went to different bread co. For the last two months and this is the most beautiful. Every table is sticky with someone who left the garbage. The floor is sticky that old napkins are stuck the floors of my shoes and fly and Moskito Galore. it is not that they have made the order wrong, I can understand that a mistake is made. I asked for no wobble and the order card printed no wobble. it is how terrible the manager today handled it when I loaded it back in and showed her the entrance. she then offered to make it new, but then offered, and I quote? I'm working here for 16 years? I told her I'd never be back.

I paid $15 for a what was supposed to be a half sandwich and a tomato soup. My quarter sandwich was cold. The dining room was dirty and I had to wait in line for a long time. Didn?t get my cookie I ordered. Had wait another 15 minutes in line for that. Going through airport security with my family was better than what I experienced here today. Take your money elsewhere.

This is always a good stop. Great pastries and breakfast options, sandwiches for lunch, beverage options like you wouldn't believe. I especially like the charged lemonades and they are an outstanding value if you join the Unlimited Sip Club. I find a way to get here at least 5 times a week and sometimes twice in a day.

Visited this establishment while on vacation and the service is expedient, the personel helpful. By the way this is Panera folks, so if you search for Panera in St Louis, this is what Panera is called here. I was very pleased to know that they had my favorite sandwich, the Sierra Turkey. I visited this location for the first time and ordered a toasted Asiago bagel with cream cheese, along with a strawberry mint lemonade. It was a great experience, and I would definitely return.

While this isn't 5-star dining, you'll definitely find something you'll enjoy. The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of seating options available.
