I waited in line to place my order behind just two cars for 16 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, the woman taking my order was incredibly rude, making me feel like I was bothering her. When I got my drink, it was poorly mixed, with all the syrup sitting at the bottom. When I asked about it, she told me to stir it myself. Given the prices they charge, I shouldn't have to fix my own drink. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Panera.
The line took forever to get up to the window which is fine, all the employees were super nice so no complaints there, can’t blame them for being busy. The cream cheese packet that came with my bagel had the consistency of freezer burnt ice cream. It had pieces of ice inside of it too so after a while of it warming up, it was just a watery mess. I’m just hoping this will help prevent them from doing whatever they did with the cream cheese again.
I absolutely love this restaurant and its staff. While nothing is ever perfect, I did encounter a couple of issues during my visit. Their system was down, so I didn’t receive a receipt or credit for my purchase, and there were a few mistakes with my orders. However, despite these hiccups, JR, Jenn, Laura, Kyle, LB, and Daniella always bring a positive and cheerful attitude, even on the busiest days. Great job, everyone!

I'm really disappointed that there are only four or five bagel options available now. I really hope they bring back the blueberry and French toast bagels!
I have purchased some bagels and I received most of them and their was two bagels that she gave me that was not what I asked
Order was 30 min. late (past the original time when they said it would be ready).

"TERRIBLE Service. If we hadn't left vegetables or sofrita?s when we went, what was not much to us, we treated it, but then when I eat, I eat a piece of chicken (I?m vegetarian of 3 years) and find a HUGE piece of steak in my bowl. Disgusting."
