St. Louis Grill - Reserva de mesa

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My friends and I visited at midnight, and the waitress was incredibly rude. It was my friends' first time dining there, and as I was helping them navigate the menu, the Indian waitress interrupted us and shouted to get our attention; her behavior was really disrespectful. It felt like she was in a hurry. When we were ready to pay, she automatically added a $40 tip, claiming it was the minimum since we had a party of six. We wanted to decide how much to tip because the service wasn't great, but she insisted that this was what she deserved and that it was standard practice in all restaurants now. I will definitely not be returning.

I honestly dont do this often, but this place definitely needs to be looked into from corporate. Food was beyond disgusting. Wings were burnt and dry. They poured our pepsi from a 2L bottle because their pop gun wasn't working, and the owner didn't want to spend money fixing it. We later spoke to the manager and explained our frustration, and was given a minor discount. Worst way, i spent my money. I wish i had just gone to McDonald's.

I ordered boneless wings with buffalo ranch, but I wasn't a fan of them. The cocktails were enjoyable, though a bit on the sweet side. Our waiter was friendly and provided great service, which we appreciated. The restaurant had large screens, and I watched a basketball game; for a Monday night, it was surprisingly crowded. I've been to another St. Louis location (the one in Kitchener) and actually preferred that one.

Great Service, good meal, and pleasant atmosphere. Really like the service, Anchal was excellent she was very nice with us I know she was very busy with a huge table still she served us very well, come to the table several times and check if we need anything else. I had a fantastic game night at St. Louis on Thursday! This place is a must-visit—the food was incredible, and the service was exceptional. Sonia, our server, managed everything on her own and did a splendid job.
