I ordered through Chow Now and waited for 40 minutes, but my order never went through. I called the restaurant to inquire about it, and they told me it was a technology issue. I asked if I could place my order directly over the phone, but they continued to insist it was a tech problem. I was more than willing to reorder over the phone and was prepared to pay for over $50 worth of food. The person I spoke with then hung up on me. This is terrible customer service, and I will never attempt to order from them again.
