Ein stadtbekannte und schon seit langem bestehende Konditorei - das Stadt-Café Beste in Hildesheim. Feinstes Backwerk - beste Konditoren-Arbeit - Baumkuchen - Torten - Kuchen - Gebäck - von Petit fours über Wiesbadener Ananas Törtchen bis hin zu üppigen Torten - alles da und alles Spitzenklasse, frisch und lecker. Bei meinen Besuchen in Hildesheim ist es für mich immer eine Pflicht dort einzukehren und eines der "süssen Verführungen" zu probieren....... Ich bin bislang nie enttäuscht worden. Auch das Café besticht durch sein plüschiges Ambiente.
Das ist immer der erste Satz der mir bei dem Café durch den Kopf geht. Das Café versprüht einen absoluten Charme der 70er Jahre, der ein behagliches Gefühl aufkommen lässt und wirkt dabei weder verstaubt noch unzeitgemäß. Die Baumkuchen sind einfach klasse, wobei sich natürlich die gesamte sehr große Kuchenauswahl von einer hervorragenden Seite zeigt. Immer gerne wieder.
