Stadthotel "brunner" Petra Brunner

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. They always offer vegan options but when they heard that we were vegans they went out of their way to offer us more variety. At breakfast they personally pointed out all the vegan options (which were plenty) and also offered to prepare additional food for us. For lunch and dinner there were only two vegan mains on the menu and one vegan desert. Since we ate there 4 times, they made sure we get something different for every meal. The food tasted really delicious and was beautifully presented every time. I also really appreciated that they focus on seasonal regional products.

the restaurant, as well as the hotel is vegan friendly. at the breakfast table there is a larger selection of vegan foods (müsli, various sweet and deftige spreads, obstsalat, antipasti, veg. butter etc delicious juices (also nut juices). the restaurant itself also skin on the menu from start to dessert always vegan optipnen. everything is very tasty and the employees are incredibly friendly.

There was a nice waiter and the food was really good. I mean for a non vegan restaurant this was just amazing! They served the food amazingly, with art decoration (made from some ingredients). I like that they make typical food but in a different way. The flavors are unusual and they use different ingredients. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-22

food service was great! the restaurant itself is also very beautiful, and there is also a great outdoor area. as a vegan they are often not used for a selection, but this is necessary here. also great when traveling with non-vegans, the typical Austrian cuisine awaits.
