Stadtmühle - Reserva de mesa

We have eaten on 02-07 -2022 for the third time with family in the Bistro of the Stadtmühle in Monzingen. We have always eaten well there, but this time I would like to report about it because we liked it particularly well: Appetizer: Poultry Consommé tasted with ginger. We were worried if it was okay. But a positive surprise: The Consommé was neatly degreased, tasted properly for poultry and had only a very delicate touch of ginger aromas, without any sharpness that gave the soup only the final touch. I'm sorry. Rahmpfifferlinge mit Serviettenknödel? Five sandy mushrooms in a greasy pamph, and three noodle slices heated in the pan. In view of the advance sirbes on Google a pretty disappointment! There's still air up there.

We have eaten 2x during our stay there, both times very good, especially the napkin dumplings were excellent! The wines recommended were also very good!
