It was really worth going back to the Old City Guard in Eggenfelden. After a long time I was finally back and actually got a table. The flair of medieval times is resurrected when you are sitting at the table in this old room and feel the wonderful frying on the tongue torn. Special promotions such as Raindl-Essen or Gänsebraten-Zeit are particularly recommended. Let yourself be seduced at fantastically designed prices and enjoy a non-common ambience with your loved ones or business partners. Here is a place that also offers plenty of space for romance. Not even a point value! On my questions regarding the menu could or did not want to be answered correctly, alternatives if I did not have any contract. When I also wanted to know if the soup is tied up and what is in the Röstis was told to me I think we'd better let the faith I too. I haven't experienced such an ignorant thing for a long time

Very cozy, rustic restaurant in the old city tower, angled rooms with stairs in the tower room and great atmosphere. Very friendly, warm service, the food (drumbs super good and absolutely delicious. Great service and authentic host. Up. We had a great evening! We'd be back in any case. The food was great, the price-performance ratio fits. And the location is unique. In the old city gate there is a rustic Lower Bavarian ambience.
