I 'm staying at the Best Western right across from the establishment, so I decided to try the food. I called in to place my order because I 'm just not feeling peoplely . To my total and utter shock I waited on hold for 23 minutes, so I walked over. First checking to see what could possibly be the hold up. there was about five tables and an almost full bar, I did see a sign stating they had a company party. A female bartend said I 'll be right with you and continued her conversation then walked down the bar. I asked a young man who was holding up the wall for the manager he promptly got him. I showed the manager that I called to place a to go order and I was then told the soup was shut down...
I arrived at a busy restaurant with a full parking lot, but unfortunately, there were no available spaces. The crowd inside initially made me eager to dine there, but my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. Upon entering, I found no one at the hostess stand, so I went to the bar and seated myself. After a long day at work and dealing with a stressful financial situation, the lack of service and unfriendly staff created a rather unpleasant atmosphere. I had to ask someone to clean off the bar and bring me a menu – a task that should have been routine. It took quite a while for a server to finally take my order, and when my food arrived, it looked unappealing and seemed like it might...
we were staying at the hotel next to the pub and hadn't had dinner yet. the service was great our waitress (name starts with a Z) was very calm and efficient. we had a problem with the salmon being undercooked and then overcooked and she was calm the whole time and helped refund us for the inconvenience. the crab dip was really good and the half price pizza was great for the price. it is a pub so don't expect fine dining, but you'll get above average food at a reasonable price and pretty good portions.
I haven’t dined at this restaurant in years, and I regret that decision. The menu features an extensive selection of dishes, and the food is fantastic—be sure to try the blackened chicken wrap! The portions are large, the prices are fair, and the service is warm and welcoming. Overall, I’d give this restaurant a 5-star rating for its food, service, and ambiance. There’s also plenty of free parking available nearby.
