The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive to all your needs. However, I believe that if there is a disruptive or intoxicated customer in the restaurant or bar area, they should be asked to leave. During my visit, there was a man in the bar who was bothering a woman sitting next to me. Not only did he make her uncomfortable, but he also ruined her dining experience. It was clear that the staff was aware of the situation and disliked the man as well. Is it worth sacrificing the comfort of other customers for the sake of serving one troublesome individual and making a few extra dollars?
We recently hosted a large birthday party for a friend of ours in the private back room at this restaurant, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptional - they were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the event. The back room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a private and intimate setting for our celebration. We highly recommend this restaurant for any large gatherings or special occasions. Well done!
Tonight I stopped in and was pretty surprised that there was still prime rib available at 845pm. It was delicious and the waiter was pretty attentive without being annoying which was good. I ordered dessert to go. We shall see if the apple crisp and the creme brûlée hold up for a half hour drive to Vancouver. Overall I was impressed, considering it’s an hour before closing. Thanks
