Went to this doughnut place because my granddaughters requested it. We ordered 6 donuts, a medium smoothie, a large iced latte and a large red velvet milkshake. The plusses: 5 of our six donuts were great. Carrot cake, coconut, biscotti banana and strawberry were all tasty! My granddaughter said her chocolate Nutella donut was dry. The mango smoothie was delicious per my granddaughter, and the ice latte was ok. Def nothing special. The red velvet shake was ok, however the entire reason my granddaughter ordered it was because it was advertised as having a very cute smiling marshmallow on top of the shake. I stopped by Stan's Donuts Coffee for a quick pre-dinner snack and ordered the mini donuts, which are priced at $3.95 for three. Interestingly, there were actually four mini donuts available, but when I inquired about purchasing the fourth one separately, I was told they don't sell donuts individually. I’m curious what happens with that extra mini donut then. The donuts themselves were the classic Stan's Donuts that I’m familiar with, and they perfectly satisfied my hunger before dinner. Their menu offers a good selection for a light treat.
This morning, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dominic while I was out on the street, and it was a truly delightful experience. The customer service at this place is outstanding and very professional. I haven't experienced such excellent service in a long time; before the pandemic, it felt like a challenge everywhere else, but not here. Dominic was exceptionally positive and had a wonderful attitude. He's definitely going to go far, and he absolutely deserves a raise! I will definitely be returning!
The young man Josh that helped me and my mother was wonderful. He made amazing recommendations, and treated us so wonderfully. Can’t wait to come back to this location! Have loved Stan’s since I worked at the Streeterville location in 2016 it was a brief stint, but I’ll never forget how wonderful the donuts were. Always a must have when I visit the city.

This is by far my favorite stans to visit. It’s always so clean and I just love how everyone greets you when you walk in makes me feel very welcomed. The entire staff is amazing. They all work well under pressure and most definitely makes my day with a mocha latte.
We had a pleasant waiting experience during our stop. We only had to wait about 15 minutes until someone came back to the counter. The drinks were excellent and expertly prepared. Additionally, both the exterior and interior of the shop were lovely and spotless.
Stan’s Donuts always delivers. I picked up a box of six: Le Stan croissant, biscoff, maple, old fashioned pumpkin, chocolate peanut butter, and toffee. They also offer both hot and cold brew coffee. Be sure to drop by for a delicious treat!
Honestly it was super cute and the staff was nice but they didn’t have many kinds of donuts to choose from I got the carrot cake and I got my mom a chocolate peanut butter one honestly didn’t taste to fresh and not worth $4 a piece

There was a slight wait when we stopped. We had to wait about 15 minutes for an attendant to come back to the counter. The drinks were very good and well made. The outside and inside of the store were also nice and clean.
Never have enough of the vegan options, sold out on numerous occasions. The city locations often are far better stocked.
