I had such a great experience at Star Market thanks to my cashier, Neil. He went above and beyond, offering thoughtful tips and spending real time with me to make sure I had the best experience possible. It wasn’t rushed or routine; it was genuine and helpful. Neil made my visit feel personal and welcoming. Grateful for service like his—he’s a true asset to the store!
Was harassed by a totally insufferable employee at the self check out. He mocked for not having the Star Market app and made judgmental comments about me buying flowers. Then he made fun of me for putting in my phone number under the item number menu. Never explained to me how to sign up for the star market app. Don’t think I’ll be coming back!
