I just had a fantastic order delivered to me and made with so much care and comfort. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato blonde espresso 5 pumps vanilla syrup, upside down and a pink drink topped with vanilla sweet cream foam. I am so happy with this order! This made my morning so much better! I ordered 2 cheese danishes and the baristas decided to warm 1 up for me, which is wonderful surprise and I am so happy with this decision as I enjoyed my drink and warm cheese danish! Literally no interaction or acknowledgement waiting for mobile order. Waited 10 minutes with no one asking me if I needed help. Finally asked a worker if they had my drink ready to be told ?yeah she might be working on it? Seriously?I?m asking YOU to find out. Finally asked the other worker who was just now getting my order. She was probably new which I understand completely for the time issue, but to be ignored and basically pushed aside is unacceptable from other workers.

Horrible. Why are employees being snotty at simple requests? Went there for red cup day and ordered 3 holiday drinks. I understand that they were busy as it?s a special they run on that day, but being told it will be a10-15 minute wait to receive 3 empty cups is absolutely ridiculous. And it?s ridiculous that the barista was so stuck up about having to do her job. All I can say is I know why America runs on Dunkin

All the baristas slay. I do my homework here some days for upwards of 8 hours, and the staff is so nice every time. Whoever has been picking the music lately, it has been hitting. Lowkey like to watch the manager sit at the table and watch and audit the workers. Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing I saw some of the people here and they are amazing and saw them really make the drinks with care I love all of the Theresa they even know how to deal with difficult customers in the right manor
