This Starbucks is TRASH and discriminatory. My mom who speaks only a little bit of English ordered a black coffee and asked for a bit of milk on the side so she can control the amount of milk in the coffee. The female employee at the cashier charged my mom an extra 75 cents for the milk. My mom was confused with the extra charge and questioned it. The employee stated that they ?sometimes? charge for milk. What is ?sometimes?? What kind of Starbucks charges for a bit of regular milk on the side? During the early days of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Starbucks in Scarsdale Village was one of the few places that kept its take-out window open to serve coffee and snacks. In that tumultuous time, it was a breath of fresh air to see some of our beloved baristas still working while many others were on furlough. Now, six months into our "new normal," the store is fully operational and also offers outdoor seating on their terrace and in front of the shop. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the manager, Mark Jessamy, genuinely makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. However, one challenge remains: enjoying your drink while wearing a mask!

Hayden truly brightened my day! This Starbucks is my go-to spot, and I usually get great service from Senel and Mark, who know my usual order very well. However, today, Hayden stepped in to help me. When I mentioned that the lid on my mocha was loose and ended up spilling coffee on my shirt, he quickly made me a completely new drink. The service at this location is consistently exceptional, far exceeding typical expectations. Thank you to the entire team!

This is the best café I've ever been to! The place is kept impeccably clean all day long, and the baristas are true professionals, making every drink to perfection. Mark, especially, is wonderfully charming and brings joy to everyone who walks in!
The server who assisted me was exceptionally kind and even gave me two cookies instead of the one I ordered. He offered me the second cookie because the first one was broken.
The restaurant had a spotless interior and a calming ambiance. The staff members were also friendly and very accommodating!
