I usually never post reviews but this time is the only way I have to get rid of the bad sensation left from one of the worst starbucks I 've ever been in my life with the most unpleaseant staff. First I notice the staff (nearly 5 people) having some kind of break, because none of them seemed to be working. The kid who took my order was literally sitting on the counter where they prepare food, jumped down and looked at me in a very apathetic way, mumbling instead of talking, asking me what was my order. I asked if they had the menu somewhere and he says in a very mocking and condescending way no, there 's nothing you have in mind? So I respond I 'll get just a latte because no, I haven 't mem...
Rude guest service, very slow and talk to other workers instead of making sure customers are taken care of. I went the other day and I was there for over an hour and and still got my order wrong I’m once again here for more then 30 minutes I am very disappointed with the service here. I highly recommend placing your order online and then picking it up—it’s a real time-saver! The restaurant is located on a major highway, so it’s always busy, but ordering ahead makes the experience much smoother and more convenient.
