Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Placed a mobile order at 8:35am so that it would be ready by the time I got there and was estimated at time of 8:52am, which was fine. The problem started when it started ticking past 9am and the building is empty and I’ve yet to receive my drink or even be acknowledged when I’m standing 5 feet from the bar attempting to get someone’s attention. Instead every barista is giggling and passing water to each other around saying “stay hydrated!”. Only to find out that my drink was sitting on the counter out of sight and the whole time with no name called. Come on Starbucks- first and last time here, wouldn’t recommend

The vibe in this Starbucks is unmatched! There aren’t too many “big name” places that I can say I’ve felt special in but this Starbucks team has the warmest associates. When Sarah (who I believe is a manager) is there it seems to lighten the entire space. No exaggeration, the team is eager and they seem to enjoy all that they’re doing every time I stop by. I wish I could name a few more team members but truly this location has done a superb job at hiring and curating a “Cheers” type of environment. 10/10

This was the most fun and genuine experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Sarah was so much fun! She made me laugh and made me a taster of a different drink she likes before I left. All of the staff I saw and talked to were so nice. And they seemed to really enjoy being in each others company. Thank you guys for making my day better! I needed that

I am very disappointed with Starbucks. They only gave me 3 PUMPS of the hazelnut syrup when I clearly asked for 3.25. I am VERY, VERY, disappointed, and will never be going here again. I EXPECTED MORE STARBUCKS. (You know who you are, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.)Food: 1/5

It was okay and I understand that people are busy had good attitudes my caramel macchiatos came out great but those sandwiches were very nasty I don't recommend the food
