Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

Very busy Starbucks location with people coming in and out and so many people sitting around both inside and outside the store. Since it’s close to Stanley Park and the West End, this location can get crowded with tourists and locals alike enjoying a beverage or baked goods. I pre-ordered my drink through the app and got it within 5 minutes, and the staff looked very busy with all the orders. A bit chaotic but the service looked efficient. Yea

I went to this location to use the washroom originally (the McDonald’s down the street had a cockroach in theirs ick) this one was much nicer and didn’t force me to purchase something like the ones back home do.I ended up getting an iced black tea and while I can get Starbucks anywhere I was really happy with the service here. The barista was so sweet and kind and I really appreciated that. Thank you! I wish I caught her name!

Waited in line to order the BOGO fall drink promotion. Was first told that there was no promotion, but then they checked again and found that the promotion was indeed in effect. Then they couldn’t fulfill the promotion because the promotion wasn’t configured in their order system. I left without ordering anything, unlikely to return.
