Came off motorway for cup of coffee and a sandwich, Choice of the usual places decided on Starbucks. Bought the goods, no clean tables, stood looking a young lady appeared with a spray bottle ana a cloth, ahh good. Looked at her as she approached, swung my gaze to the unoccupied tables all with cups wrappers from previous customers on them, thinking a great tables will be cleaned. Stood waiting, But, she left the spray and cloth on a table and decided to arrange bottles in the food display. I waited , but as she was messing with the bottles another lady who I guess was a regular customer or acquaintance, struck up a long conversation. I gave up grabbed some tissues and wiped my own table. On...
Customer service was non existent. Waited several minutes for staff to acknowledge me then I was just stared at. I gave my order, no name request. The cashier took payment no thank you or receipt offered. Order was just placed at counter. Most of tables had dirty crockery on them. The toilet was shameful filthy sink and loo flooded floor and toilet roll everywhere. I’d suggest you skip this kiosk and instead go into the larger outlet in the main building.
I went to Starbucks to grab my hubby a hot chocolate and the lady who served me, I'm so sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she made my lil boys day with his cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles! Thank you so much for you act of kindness today, it really made our day and my son was super happy! I hope this gets to the right barista because she went above and beyond with her customer service today so thank you x
Just used the outside outlet on the Northbound side. Ignorant staff,more bothered about talking to each other through their headphones,have no manners,please and thank you obviously not in their vocabulary and drink just put on the counter,didn’t say it was mine,it was just left there,had to ask behind the counter and just got a grunt! I’m so sorry I inconvenienced their day by entering to buy a drink!!!!!!

People serving you coffee on this particular day had a bad attitude towards me and my partner. Felt like they didn't want to be there and me as the customer was a burden. The staff do not communicate very well will not be using again

A good outlet, great staff in the main site, and helpful. My main stopping point on M6 Southbound, could do with some more seating
