This Starbucks is the most disorganized business. The drive-thru line is almost always backed up but when you go inside to order, you’re still waiting an INSANE amount of time for your order. I just left there after waiting 30 MINUTES for two hot lattes; I ended up having to ask for a refund because I didn’t have the time to continue waiting. They said they were backed up from a malfunction with their mobile order register but I guess just decided to not prioritize the orders from people who literally drove to the store to get a coffee. Never again.
Saturday morning 10/27/2023... The morons working here and their manager spent all their time working the drive thru and totally ignored the 10+ customers standing in line inside the stote... not one of these clowns bothered working the POS/register and I personally felt they were doing their best not to make eye contact with us and purposely ignore us. They all should be fired. Service: Dine in

If you’re going to sell a premium product for a premium price then you need to be open when advertised. If you close at 9 PM, Then you need to be open at 8:57. Otherwise, don’t advertise that you close at 9!

45 minute drive thru for coffee that taste like garbage. Love Starbucks and I buy Starbucks everywhere I go, but this location sucks and they need more

The coffee at this location consistently tastes like metal and it’s super nasty. Maybe the machines are eroding and need to be replaced?
